The coldest days of winter might still be ahead of us, but beauty brands have already launched their makeup collections for spring. This season we'll see a lot of pinks, pastels and pops of color. Let's take a look!

DIOR GLOW ADDICT

highlighter eyeshadow palette lipstick

I already gave you a sneak peek at Dior's Glow Addict spring collection when I reviewed one of the new eyeshadow quints recently. In one word this collection is: pink!

It includes:

- Two new 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow palettes: Thrill, the one I reviewed already, and Flirt.
- Two new highlighters in Holo Pink and Holo Gold.
- There should be a few new shades of Rouge Dior and Rouge Dior Liquid Lipsticks as well as Dior Vernis lacquers but I haven't seen them anywhere. There's also an eyeliner and a brow gel, both in bold pink shades (!), but I'm also not finding them at retailers.
- Dior has launched new shades and new finishes for their cult Lip Glow. You can now get it in matte and iridescent finishes in a variety of colors.
- Another recent launch is the Diorskin Forever Undercover foundation, Dior's take on the full coverage, long-wearing foundation in 24 shades.

YSL POP ILLUSION

As usual YSL favors bolder hues and pastels with a vibrant twist with their spring collection.

The launch includes:

- A new Couture eyeshadow palette with a sea sunset vibe, in blue, pink and peach shades.
- A lip palette with 5 shades of lipstick from nude to red.
- Two new shades of their nail lacquer, an orange and a blue.
- The Touche Eclat All-In-One Glow Moisturizer, a new tinted moisturizer with hyaluronic acid, in 12 shades.

CHANEL NEAPOLIS

Inspired by the color palette of Naples, Chanel beauty creative director Lucia Pica's hometown, the Neapolis collection is colorful and luminous. Take a look at the whole collection.

The main pieces include:

- A 9-shade Multi-Effects Eyeshadow Palette that combines neutrals with green, blue and yellow.
- An unexpected Poudre à Lèvres, a compact with a lip balm and pigment powder duo, in three different shades.
- A new shade of the popular Joues Contraste blush called Foschia Rosa.
- The Ombre Première cream shadow in a shimmering deep green, Verderame.
- New shades of the Stylo Yeux waterproof eyeliner.
- And of course, new colors in the cult Le Vernis nail polish: a pastel pink, a yellow, a muted green and a deep orange.

There's also a bunch of new shades of lipstick and gloss, some of which are becoming permanent. You can see them all here.

LANCOME

macaron treats sweet makeup

Lancôme's collection this spring is all about sweet treats! I couldn't find individual pictures of each product to show you for this one, but you can click on the links to see them:

- The eyeshadow palette called Les Toppings contains bright pastels and a few neutrals in matte and shimmer finishes.
- Le Teint Macaron is a duo of cream blush and sponge applicator, both shaped like macarons! Lancôme's past cream blushes are some of my favorite cheek colors of all time, so I'm pretty excited about this one. I ordered Rose Whipped, there's also a Coral Whipped which is the only item in this collection currently available at Sephora.
- The Jelly Flower Tint, a rosy gloss with real flower petals.
- Eyeshadow crayons called Ombre Hypnôse Mini Chubby in four pastel hues.
- Three new colors of the Vernis In Love nail lacquer.

Also recently launched by Lancôme - and I have photos this time:

- L'Absolu Gloss, in 29 shades and 3 finishes: sheer, cream and demi- matte, plus a lip plumper named Rôsy Plump.
- The Custom Highlighting Drops, a liquid strobing and bronzing highlight in 4 different shades (that looks very much like the Cover Fx Custom Enhancer Drops...)

Are you excited about spring makeup collections? What are your favorite shades to wear in that season?
