10 Last Minute Gift Ideas For Valentine's Day

If you're like me and didn't realize time was flying by, you might have just noticed that Valentine's Day is coming this Sunday already. THIS Sunday! Whether you're struggling to find a thoughtful gift for your special lady or looking for a present for yourself (because you're the person you love the most, right?), take a look at these beauty ideas.

When I prepare gift guides I usually prefer to include unique products and little known brands, but since Valentine's Day is less than a week away I focused on easy-to-find brands this time. Everything in here should be available at your local mall for last minute shopping! Just hover over an image to see the price, and click for more details.

Clinique Pop Cheek Blush: or how to give a flower that will last! These little blushes are just as great as they are cute, with nice pigmentation and a very flattering satin finish on the cheeks. Plus they come in a bunch of colors so everyone can find a shade they love. My favorite is Peach Pop!

Lancôme Rouge In Love Lipstick: a pretty lipstick in an easy-to-wear, moisturizing formula should be a good way to declare your love! There's even a shade called Rouge Valentine.

- Givenchy Le Rouge Lipstick: I can't say it often enough, so I'm saying it again: Le Rouge by Givenchy is one of the best lipstick formulas out there. With its classy leather wrapped tube, it also makes a luxurious yet still affordable present. I warmly recommend the shade called Framboise Velours, a deep berry pink that I showed you here.

- Atelier Cologne fragrances: this French brand exclusively produces eau de cologne, a light, fresh version of perfume. Their scents are truly unique and creative, inspired by distinctive ingredients, materials and places. I really like their Azur collection, based on impressions from the Mediterranean. If you want to make a fragrance gift but you don't want your loved one to smell like everyone else the day after Valentine's, this is a good place to start!

- Diptyque Scented Candle in Rosaviola: Diptyque candles have become a cult classic, and the brand has partnered with fashion designer Olympia Le-Tan to create this new scent inspired by... the inside of a lady's bag. Original and quirky, it features notes of rose, lipstick and leather. Isn't that a cool idea?

- Lancôme My Parisian Blush: this little cream blush in a tin decorated with balloons and a girl walking a tiny dog over the rooftops of Paris is as adorable as makeup can get! It comes in two shades, a pink and a peachy coral that I reviewed just a few days ago.

- L'Occitane From Provence With Love Gift Set: a bunch of travel-size best-sellers by L'Occitane (their Amande line scent is to die for!) in a cute little pouch. I'm thinking of getting this one for myself!

- Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Or: I know, I JUST told you about the Prodigieux body line by French brand Nuxe a few days ago, but this one is really a perfect Valentine's Day gift! It has the same warm, sexy scent as the original Huile Prodigieuse body oil, and also gold shimmer for beautiful, glowing skin. Great to use on the décolleté for a date night!

- Too Faced Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush: it's heart-shaped, it's adorable, and it's a blush as much as a highlighter. Cute and useful! I have it in Peach Beach and I really love the soft glow it creates on the cheeks.

- Dior Addict Lipstick: with its hydra-gel core monogram the Addict lipstick is glossy and shiny, for juicy, kissable lips! Most shades are sheer so it's hard make a wrong choice. Lucky is one of the most popular shades, although My Love could be more Valentine's Day appropriate!

Are you celebrating Valentine's Day? Will you be exchanging gifts with your loved one?

Where to buy: department stores, Sephora, and Target for the Nuxe oil. Click on the images for details and an online retailer (many will let you check if the product you want is available at stores near you).
