New Year Wishes and Resolutions





Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2017 brings you a lot of joy and opportunities for personal growth, despite all the disturbing events that are reshaping the world into something scary and unknown these days. It's time to enjoy the small pleasures that life has to offer and to appreciate your loved ones every day, while letting go of the fear and accepting what you cannot change.

Do you have any resolutions for the new year? Here are mine, in no particular order:
- Start going to yoga classes more regularly again, ideally once a week.
- Read more books.
- Eat more vegetables, and do a vegan dinner about once a week.
- Run more often and increase my speed.
- Lose 10 pounds.
- Find balance between work, blogging, exercise, house chores and personal life.
- Meditate.
