As I continue to work on my skincare regimen to up my anti-aging game, I've been offered to test GoPURE Naturals Youth Glow Eye Gel by the brand. It's also a fragrance-free product, which is always better as fragrance can cause irritation, especially in the fragile eye contour area. It does, however, smell good (it can be a problem with unscented products!) thanks to the cucumber it contains. The product is supposed to address the 3 most common concerns for the eye area: puffiness, dark circles and lines due to lack of moisture.
The Youth Glow Eye Gel comes in an airtight, opaque container with a pump, so the formula is perfectly protected from degradation by air and light. One pump is enough for both eyes, and it doesn't get stuck by product drying inside with regular use (this is a problem I often have with pumps).
The gel is transparent and very lightweight. It kind of feels like aloe gel, but even a bit thinner, although not runny at all. It feels very refreshing under the eye or on the eyelid, and my skin absorbs it within seconds. I do feel like this product does a good job at providing moisture, as the skin around my eyes looks and feels less crepe-y, more plump and firm. I have a really bad case of dark circles, and it's been like that since my teenage years, so I don't expect a product to correct a decade old issue within a couple weeks, but the plumping and firming effect already makes me look less tired.
Overall: GoPURE Naturals Youth Glow Eye Gel is a solid natural eye treatment with a good formula featuring effective ingredients. It's refreshing and does a good job at moisturizing and making the thin skin in that area look healthier. It's also affordable, at around $15 at this time.
