Just a quick post to show you a display I spotted at my local Rite Aid store. Wet n Wild limited edition Toppings nail polish comes in lollipop-shaped packaging and features shimmery color shifting sheer shades with lots of sparkles. They retail for $2.99. I bought a color named Frosted Over and applied it tonight. It was easy to apply, although it felt a little thick, and it looks really cute!
